Product Description

This product can be used for direct amplification of tissue samples from plant roots, stems, leaves, etc. It is easy to use and greatly shortens theexperimental time.

Introduction

This product is a rapid identification kit suitable for various types of samples, including crude DNA extraction and PCR amplification systems. This product can be used for direct amplification of tissue samples from plant roots, stems, leaves, etc. The tissue can be simply lysed with Lysis Buffer and then subjected to PCR amplification without phenol-chloroform extraction or column purification. It is easy to use and greatly shortens the experimental time. The product is suitable for the amplification of target fragments within 3kb.

The 2×Plant Direct PCR Mix provided by this product contains genetically engineered DNA polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs and an optimized buffer system, which has extremely high amplification efficiency and inhibitor tolerance. Add template and primers, and add water to 1× to carry out PCR reaction. The PCR product amplified by this product has a protruding "A" base at the 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning after purification (Cat. No. : TC601).
