Introduction

TBST is white to off-white instant granules, each bag of TBST instant granules can be prepared with 1L 1× TBST buffer solution, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of TBST are sodium chloride, potassium chloride, Tris buffered saline, and Tween-20. 1× TBST buffer contains sodium chloride at a concentration of 137 mM, potassium chloride at a concentration of 2.7 mM, and Tris buffered saline at a concentration of 137 mM. The concentration was 25 mM, and the content of Tween-20 was 0.05%. The pH value of the 1× solution is 7.4±0.15 (25℃).
