Introduction
1× PBS instant granules are white to off-white instant granules, each bag of PBS instant granules can be prepared with 1L of 1× PBS buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of PBS buffer are sodium chloride, potassium chloride and phosphate. The concentration of sodium chloride contained in 1× PBS buffer is 137 mM, the concentration of potassium chloride is 2.7 mM, and the concentration of phosphate is 10 mM.
